At Yunhaiglobal, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase.

All incoming items for return or repair must be approved in advance by our Product Return Department. Please follow the steps below to ensure your shipment is accepted and not refused.

Starting from the day you receive your package, you have 7 calendar days to open and inspect all boxes and contents. If anything is missing or damaged, please report it within this period and include clear photos or videos. We will ship replacement parts as soon as possible. Please keep all items properly packed in the original box. yunhaiglobal is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping due to improper packing.

For non-defective, unused returns, a 15% restocking fee applies. Items must be returned in the original packaging; otherwise, an additional 5% packaging fee will be deducted.

Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged, missing accessories, or otherwise altered due to customer handling. We also do not accept returns for customized items. Yunhaiglobal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a product is defective or customized.

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product(s) within 7 days. Please contact us promptly to confirm the correct return address.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging materials.

You will receive a confirming email after we receive and check the returned items. Your money will be returned by the same method used to make the original payment.

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please note the following:

• Within 0–12 business hours: Cancel within the first 12 hours after placing your order and you will receive a full refund with no fees. Please contact us as soon as possible.

• Within 12–72 business hours: If you cancel between 12 and 72 hours after placing your order, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs.

• After 72 business hours (before shipment): If you cancel more than 72 hours after placing your order, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. This covers costs already incurred during preparation, including production and material sourcing.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return policy (“Can I return the product?”) to request a return.
